How can I transfer conversion data from 1 google ads account to another different one?

I'm sorry but as @blackemil said you can't do that. May I ask why you need to do that? Maybe we can find some workaround.

Been working with G Ads since 2005 and would indeed be very surprised if this is possible.
Also wondering why you would like to do this?

Perhap you also mesure conversions in Google Analytics?
You could use the same G analytics account and connect this account with a new G ads account?
