I would look at escort sites in the geo(s) you are interested in, then check the ones that have monetization with banners. With the URL of the banner, you may find the ad network behind, and run on their banner.

This is not so easy. As far as I know, there is no solid traffic network that would focus on escort traffic now, there used to be one in the past but it has been closed since.
So the only option you are left with is to search for escort websites and see if they run any ads. Some have their own internal systems, sometimes there are 2-3 sites grouped together and sell ads that way, some might be running ads from some ad network... it's a cluttered world. But the hassle can be worth it, escort traffic converts VERY well.
