Buying organic Traffic from FB fan pages / Instagram?

Anyone has experienced monetizing organic traffic from Facebook fan pages or Instagram?
I found a few guys selling pages, or selling clicks from models-type pages at CPM.

No experience myself but depending on the vertical maybe it could be good initial traffic for viral campaigns.

As long as the traffic is real, there is no reason why it shouldnt work. The question is what kinda CPM they ask for and where the users would come from (GEO).

It would also depend on how targeted the audience is.

If the audience is targeted, perhaps promoting affiliate offers or ecom products would fetch better revenues than just "selling ad space" at CPM.

Yes please. That would be interesting to check the real level of interest / engagement of the users clicking.

Let me check what CPM by geo they have.

Watch out for one more thing. I'm exploring the water of social a bit deeper now and there are many groups where people share each others stuff, click on links, post and comment. Which basically translates to fake traffic. So before buying, check whether the activity looks real... there shouldnt be the same people being active all the time, for example.
