Running COD ME and spending +$5K/M but struggling for consistent profit (2)

Hi, I have been running COD ME in tier 2/3 countries for some while. Currently I am focusing on 4-5 countries and really pushing here to get profitable. Every month when I tally up my results, I am pretty much break even . I love to get tips on COD from affiliates who are running good volume. Here are some general issues/concerns I am facing with;

1. Some days are profitable and other days not so much. This is really frustrating.
2. I am trying to focus on 4-5 Geos, only because its difficult to scale big numbers in just 1 geo I find. Should I focus on 1 Geo and try to scale on as many traffic sources as I can? Currently 90% of volume is Exo.
3. I am using as much AI as I can, for example using bidder from exo & weight optimization for offer/landers in volumm. Are there any other tips?
4. I am also using landing/offer pages from the networks, I thought about uploading those to my server and adding more affiliate links (For example Dating links, Weight Loss COD offer etc) to the thank you page to squeeze more revenue, not sure if this strategy would work. Anyone try this?
5. I am running day parting campaigns since call center is open on business hours. I find that those hours get the best approval rate. But that leaves many hours where I have 0 traffic, what strategy could I use? Run a second campaign with half the CPM bids?

Hello, let me share a few tips.

Usually, it's a good idea to focus on a smaller market initially and make it work. But since you're already at breakeven, I don't think you need to do that. You just have to improve a bit.

Personally, I'm using exo to scale an already working campaign, not for testing/optimizing purposes. The reason is the huge amount of websites that they sell ads on, which translates to pretty unstable quality. Some sites work great, some are totally shitty and it's hard to fine tune funnels this way. I would recommend to either focus on a select few premium websites within exo or using a network with limited site numbers, such as trafficfactory, trafficstars, trafficjunky...

Are you required to use their landers? If not, try to use a spytool and test a bunch of different ones. Or take the ones from networks and try to modify them. Quite often, it only takes a few minor changes to improve the performance. You can also try what you suggested, but it will have some impact on the CVR of the ME offer... worth a test though.

I wouldn't run a call center dependent offer during hours that they do not work, especially not with an adult product that's often a very impulse buy. They need to close the deal ASAP.
