Outbrain credit card issue

Hi,

Is anyone else having issues with Outbrain being unable to charge your credit card, or not able to edit your credit card on the platform?

Anyone have and tips on how to contact outbrain to resolve? Their support@ email address seems pretty unresponsive!

Unfortunately, this is something just Outbrain themselves can help you with. It could be a glitch in the system, some limitation/suspension on your account, banking problem etc... they're the only people who can find the reason. You can also check with your bank, sometimes they decide to block some payments from whatever reason. It sucks to wait for a reply from these general support emails, but you simply need to sort this out with them.

Man... I vaguely remember having some problem like that like six months ago... it was like the credit card page was glitching and part of it wouldn't load or the button wouldn't work or something... I don't remember how I got it fixed but it took several days... was really frustrating... but yeah... if you're having a problem like that with the UX I'd try lots of different browsers... mobile/desktop/etc... trying to find one where it will work...

If its purely a billing issue than like @matuloo said you've have to just wait to hear from them :/

You could always start a new account or something too if needed... but hopefully they'll get back to you asap and that won't be necessary...

Oh yes, this is a good tip. It has happened to me with a few platforms in the past too. Even with big companies such as a local mobile carrier... after an update, their platform was glitching in some browsers. For me, using the incognito mode helped, but it might be a good idea to try a different browser or from a smartphone.
