When to blacklist Zones on Push? (3)
I am getting above thousands of views from some zones on propellerads
When should I blacklist zones? Should be based on CTR?

Are you buying push traffic with CPM?
Basically what you want is clicks. So better go with CPC. Then you pay only for actual clicks and you wouldn't have to worry about views.
CPM I would only do if you have found really good zones that you want to squeeze out to the max. But for such a decision you need quite some data.
As for blacklisting... depends on your offer payout and size of geo.
In a big geo you can cut at 1x spend and test blacklisted zones later again (when offer is really promising). In smaller geos you might wanna cut at 2x or 3x payout spend.
I agree with @larsometer, you should definitely use CPC for push.
This gives you much more control over your spend and you don´t have to pay for creatives with high impressions but no CTR.
