Getting Contact with TikTok Ad Representative

Hi All,

I was able to get a campaign and ad set running in TikTok. Thanks to everyone for the TikTok guides in this forum.

My ads were approved. Then, they stopped running saying that due to the nature of the ads and the Website - I need a dedicated sales rep to run ads. No worries, right? Wrong. I have filled out every contact form and emailed support. I keep getting the same answer, "Fill out the contact form and a sales rep will be in touch."

It has been a few weeks now and I have not been contacted by a rep. Does anyone here have any tips for getting in touch with a sales rep?

I've gone through six reps, PM me for their emails. They're useless but you can give it a shot if you want.

You'd be better off sending them a carrier pigeon, they aren't going to reply on any medium lol.

It's a nightmare over there.

Ha.ha Yeah I agree! I am trying to send in some FDA certificates to run because I keep getting disapproved/paused and seems like I am at a standstill. Going to PM you for some agency accounts if you dont mind! Thanks

We are having zero issues in regards to communications with our rep, doing almost daily calls and have a slack together !

That's amazing. How did you get in contact with them in the first place?

Being in the industry for a long term and networking a lot. After some time reps move from one network to another. Like from Google to FB or FB to some native network or to TT, etc.. Linkedin is your best friend for this.

It's like being a detective, you get a name or clue on say one website / press release then google that and see what else turns up, after opening 5-20 new tabs you have yourself a web of clues, Twitter, IG, Linkedin, domain name or biz they own. Might feel a little stalkerish at first but you will get used to it when it is a matter of making money or not.

We have the same level communications with our ad reps. Its a wonderful thing.....
