Need recommendations for Traffic source for Diet INDIA Geo
Hello all
Need your 2 cents here. It’s a COD market as such. I’m planning to run campaigns for diet/weightloss pills. Any insights will greatly help. Will be doing it for the first time.

Pretty much any traffic source I've been working with was flooded with traffic from India, no wonder though since it's the 2nd biggest country in the world, when it comes to the population numbers 
I've been running some COD offers even on adult traffic in India, the only problem was the rather low success rate of the actual deliveries... so I was getting a lot of orders but only about 20% of them got filled. This could be a problem of the offers I was using too, so maybe you have better ones available to you. Not every advertisers accepts adult traffic though, so check with them first.
I know people who have been running COD even on POPs or PUSH traffic with success... you might try that too.
Native would be a good choice as long as you can get the offers approved, so they need to be whitehat.
Google and FB would obviously work great, but again, it will be hard/impossible to get anything approved there as long as you don't plan to cloak.
TikTok has about 200 million users in India... that might be an option as long as the offers can get approved.
Diet and weightloss are are not exactly loved by the big traffic sources, so it will all come down to how legit the offers are and what you can get approved.
