I'm doing email marketing since 2012 and i'm profitable - See image attached from my CB account ( and i have other income sources too related to Email marketing )

I am interested to pay per month $ 1'000 -$10'000 + BONUSES and more.... (based on experience, etc...) to someone whocould help me with:

P.S. You don't need to know everything, but basic/average is GREAT!

Landers, surveys, FB/G/Native etc.. campaigns. Understands what is good copy, have good understanding which design looks good.
Write copy, set up campaigns, make suvey or lander, write emails, talk with freelancer about Google Tag, solve PHP etc... hiring freelancer to solve this, so, in one world: GENERAL: Who have done almost everything but is not expert at everything. You must be a logical person - FB media buyer will not be able to convince you that you need to start with 100 angles at first tests etc.... You don't ask me "HOW to " every time you don't know somehing, but you know how to find solution yourself.
