Need some help after I have got a strange message from Voluum

Hello folks,

I have been running my traffic on native (OB and TB) , Just white ,never cloaking.
I have been working with my custom domain and host all my landers on my own and working with @Voluum dedicated domain just for tracking purposes (Click URL into my landers CTA's).

Yesterday I have got really strange notification email from Volume:

"We’ve received a notice that your Voluum Dedicated Domain "XXXX.icu has been blacklisted by SURBL as it was connected to suspicious behavior. Please note, that we don’t know any more details besides the fact that it was listed."

So honestly this is the first time I should struggled with that kind of issue and actually I don't have any idea what can cause it since I have been running just white stuff so far and haven't had any issue with my OB's and TB's accounts.

So first of all , I would love to hear from your experience what could cause it, what's the meaning of getting blacklisted by SURBL (not even know that site) and if now, after I have already changed all my clicks URL's in my landers to the new dedicated domain that Voluum gave me, If is there any problem with my custom domain as well? I have to replace it either or can keep running with it and be settled with just the replacing of the dedicated one (of the Click URL)

Every help would be deeply appreciated

Have you gone to http://www.surbl.org/ or emailed Voluum support?

Without knowing more it is hard to say. After glancing at SURBL, questions that come to mind are, what are you promoting and how are you promoting it? Because it appears SURBL focuses mainly on email.

Hey @iwanttofly , thanks for you answer man.

I either gone to SUBRL to check what its all about, and have checked and verified that my custom domain doesn't listed as well and emailed back to Voluum but still don't get any answer.

I have been promoting legitimate ecom offers only so far. just through native.

No email follow up?

Strange then, as it seems to be primarily focused around email. Is the domain new? Perhaps someone had it previously and used it to spam email.

It hadn't to do with email stuff as far as I know.
I have got this dedicated domain from Voluum , so don't know if anyone use it before, however, I have been using it something like 7-8 months so far, so don't have any idea what's happened now.
And in addition, I don't understand how's it possible that there is no any issue with my custom domain which used to me for all my landing pages but it does blacklisted the click URL domain into the landing page (the one I have got from Voluum and have to issue with)
Maybe it would be better to buy my own domain for using a click URL domain instead of Voluum one?

Hi @sportex! Could you please send me in a DM the email that you use to login to Voluum? I will try to look into this for you!
