How to make my first dollar? (literally) (9)
Hey !
So to make a long story short.. I started out for about a year ago to be an entrepreneur and make money online. Where do I stand right now? I've not made a single dollar yet.
What have I done? Not as much as I could have, but that's the past. BUT it has not been thaaat bad. I got an ecommerce business launching in about 2 months, that I've successfully raised 40k dollars for, and created a great product/plan/partnerships and so forth.
You might wonder what the problem is, and why I'm in this situation.
The problem is that I got limiting beliefs about making money. And why I've got them is because my mindset has been to earn lots of money right away, instead of starting small and make just 1 dollar and then get the snowball rolling from there, with momentum. Now it has gone quite far, and I actually think it's hard to just make that first dollar and get the snowball rolling...
In the same time I see other people making money, and lots of it. Then I think I COULD DO THAT, AND MUCH BETTER. But my problem is that I don't take action and start small...
I know you can help me out, so I can start to get that momentum that I need. So what should I do to start of making small amounts of money and then scale it?
I don't have lots of cash to start with, no list or anything like that. But I have a burning desire to do whatever it takes to make things happen.

Take the time to read through all of the case studies/past campaigns and pretty much the entire forum and get stuck in with something you feel comfortable with.
Being totally honest there is a case study here with ppv about using a simple justin bieber question and push submits, follow that (not necessarily the exact example) and I will put money on your making at least $50 a day by the end of the month - I know for a fact that method at least worked a while back 
Thanks a lot for the tip! When I reach only 50 dollars a day, it would be LOTS of progress for me, and definitely will give me a reaaaaal sense of momentum. Would be AWESOME if you could help me along the way a little bit.
I read the whole Bieber thread, and it left me with some questions:
Can you summarize the whole concept for me? Like a 1,2,3 action plan of what to do. All of this is new to me.
For example what is url scrapping, and why do you do it?
I didn't exactly understand how the idea of the whole thing makes money? Where is it coming from?
What's about the price? Is it only fake, or do you really give away something?
Is the whole concept to gather emails? Get people to sign up?

1) You need an angle (we'l use the bieber for an example - but it might not make money seen as prob 101 people copied it exactly when Stack posted it)
2) Make a landing page, there is the template on here so that should be easy
3) You need to scrape urls that your page will pop over, for example if you bid on a fan site about justin bieber - that's targetted and hopefully will entice the user into taking part of the quiz
4) You get email submit offers from networks, wsm, c2m, a4d, ewa just to name a bunch. You have to also rotate a bunch of offers to see what sticks, iphones, laptops, store cards, fashion items (uggs etc).
5) You get paid when users fill in their email, they usually have to go through the funnel to have chance to win whatever the prize is.
6) Optimise the offers/landing pages until you have the winning combo.
That's pretty much it, obviously it sounds simple but if you stick with it then it's not really a too difficult campaign to run.
That makes it much more clear to me. Now I just got two questions before I can take action on it.
How do I scrape urls? and which network is best, how do I join?
