Is there a list of prohibited URLs ?
like for example
fbi.gov
facebook.com
[...]
I don't think they give out the list, but you can't bid on the domain of the offer your promoting on. Not allowed to bid on facebook.com but you can bid on keywords around it. and you can't run any offers they run internally. Hope this helps!

I got this answer few hours ago
"We do not provide a list of of forbidden URLs. Our system will notify you at the time when you upload your keywords if they are not allowed in our network."
i've also asked a list of countries by user base:
"Our top performing countries are:
United States
United Kingdom
Canada
France
Germany
Italy
Australia"
BTW i got 0 impressions in australia (in a couple of hours) for a nice target (1.5M visitors / month) , so probably the last countries in that list don't have a lot of users ?
I do not know the numbers of users they have in each country what you can do though is email them and ask for a list of top keywords for the country you wish to target.
