My affiliaxe.com affiliate network manager isn't replying for last 2 months.
I have sent 7-8 emails to their marketing team, approval team and their support team. And still haven't got even a single reply back.
Does anyone uses Affiliaxe.com - is something wrong with them? do they usually don't reply back? And do they make payments on time?

Sorry to hear that you failed to reach someone from the team.
Your AM left a couple of months ago and, sadly, he didnt send a proper message or notified his affiliates about it and who they should contact (if needed).

If an affiliate manager does not respond after, say, 2 weeks, it would be wise to contact the network via their "general" channels - company email, skype, facebook, etc.

Something's up for the last few months
All our health, beauty and adult campaigns have been stopped. We only got information that it was caused by technical problems.
The campaigns have been transferred to our platform.
We decided not to work with health and beauty campaigns since the beginning of the year pretty much (as we prefer to focus on other niches).
And adult... we dont do for years.
Unless you mean ME offers. And those are in the Health and Beauty niche as far as we are concerned, so again we decided to stop working with this vertical ~6 months ago.
