Need A Thin Website
Does anyone have any good recommendations for someone who can do a thin website? Basically what I call a "validation" website, something sufficient to tell a human reviewer at Facebook or Google that you are real.

If you need just a representation website as an agency or something, you can go for a static single page static HTML site. There are lots of templates on themeforest that you can buy for really cheap where all you have to do is swap texts.

For the structure of the site and the list of pages you need, see the book review i just published here, chapter 7.
For static HTML site: https://themeforest.net/
Or if you want static HTM site but still being able to modify it easily, you can go with Hugo (https://gohugo.io/). They have free themes on their site. For something more fancy, these guys have some decent themes: https://gethugothemes.com/ (not fully optimized, but fast enough out of the box). Support replies in 2-3 days.
For the legal pages, type "privacy policy generator" in Google. I used this one: https://www.privacypolicies.com

Templates + WP is all you need, but there are also guys who have built a business around building these simple sites so if you don't want to mess this on your own, try to talk to @eurosen here on the forum or check Attilas agnecy: https://bannerslanders.com/

Thanks, that is what I was looking for. It isn't worth me learning enough HTML to do it.

To be honest, you don't really need to learn html at all in case you find a suitable WP template and my man there are 1000s of them out there, free or paid. But yes, I understand that sometimes it's better to simply pay someone to do it for you

Yep, I did it once before in WP and really don't want to do it again.

Particularly since I'm not the one paying.

iwanttofly BannersLanders can basically create WP sites for you, whether you need an agency type or blog type with unique contents as well.
