Anyone getting clickloss when sending feature phone traffic to linktrust (EWA/PKM). I'm just direct linking (no p202,cpvlab) 75%+ clickloss on mobile traffic, am I doing something wrong here? Android clicks seem to be showing up okay.
Started watching Liane's webinar, granted, its from a few months back and maybe linktrust has resolved these issues, she said that a lot of mobile phones are on pooled IP's and linktrust has issues accepting the same IP or something along those lines, then again........ I know there are people crushing it on EwA/PKM on mobile, are those guys just not doing feature phone traffic or something?
I've ran a few mobile campaigns and I was actually getting more clicks in LinkTrust than the AdNetwork I ran with. This was for direct linking campaigns without any kind of redirects and LinkTrust tracks leads that are from the same IP, so mobile tracks good upon my tests.
Are you running BlackBerry feature phones? I ran those just last week, horrible click loss, only 10-15% of the clicks were tracked. I traced it back to BlackBerry handsets by process of deduction.
