I'm currently in vortex beginner course. I applied to a few CPA network and haven't heard anything from anyone. Its been a couple of weeks. Does anyone know any other CPA networks?

Do I understand correctly that you've applied to all the networks covered in the tutorial?
That can indeed be a bottleneck. Please follow up with them as suggested by @jeremie. As well, feel free to apply to more networks. There are some newbie-friendly ones you can apply to - check out the affiliate network application tool (link at the very top of the forum).
Try to go through the tutorial lessons pertaining to tracking setup for the other networks, and also (especially!) the lesson that explains how tracking works, in painstaking detail. Once you have tracking figured out, you can pretty much figure out the tracking for any affiliate network.
And if you run into problems, please feel free to start a new thread to tell me which network, and we'll figure out the tracking together.
