The safest way to get an extra FB BM ? (1)
Hi folks !
I’ve been reading a lot of topics on FB ad accounts and BM but haven’t been able to find what I’m looking for. 
WHO I AM
I am running FB ads with my company running our own product for some years now.
We have only 1 BM and 9 ad accounts under it (we can create more than 20 of them, but have no need for now).
CONTEXT
Our issue is the following : for the last 1 and ½ year, we’ve been getting a lot of banned ad accounts (like 1 every 2 or 3 months), everytime we had our accounts back within 1 to 4 days (with the FB system telling us that the accounts were deactivated by mistake). Except one time but this is clearly our fault as we used a picture without knowing the person in it was a celebrity.).
As of now we don’t have much to reproach ourselves, we only run whitehat products, our creatives are now going through a compliance-process (and we own the copyrights now ahah) our websites are super-compliants, fast to load, straight to the point and we are starting to have brand recognition.
But yet, having an ad account banned in our BM (the appeals never got approved) and having from time to time other ad accounts blocked (even thought it’s not for too long) is very stressful…
So I was thinking of a way to get a new BM in a compliant way but wanted to have the thoughts of the community regarding this plan.
THE SOLUTION I AM PLANNING TO IMPLEMENT
Please note that our initial BM is still up and running, we are trying to secure ourselves just in case the FB algo is blocking us for no reason. It’s an extra-security to help us sleep better.
We plan to create another company (new name, new VAT number, new bank account, and so on…). This company won’t necesseraly be a duplicate form of our existing venture as we plan to use it to have different activities too.
With this company, we would create another Facebook BM Account (through our same personal profile).
We don’t want to use a family member profil as we consider that one entrepreneur could own different companies and advertise with them in a legit way. Don’t you think ?
In this new BM, we would create an ad account (and more later on) in which we will have :
- Different websites and domain names we own running
- Different pixels
- Different pages
- Differents ads, creatives and copy obviously
Regarding the services and products we will advertise on, some will be the same but will be rebranded. As one of our goal is to get a back-up account but this account will certainly allow us to advertise on new products later-on. The thing you have to keep in mind is that we will always do our best to be compliant.
When using this new BM, we will use new laptops that will be dedicated only to this new company.
However, some footprints will be the same between the two companies :
- Our internet connexion
- Our facebook personal profiles (as said above)
- Our mobile-phone (for the 2 times-authenticator) as it would be very painful for us to deal with different cell-phones
The $1 million dollar question is the following : Does this plan sound safe to you ? Would you recommend us doing it (as I could do it just as I build another company without having issues with FB) ?
If not : why ? If you have any recommandations or advice on this, we would love knowing them !
Oh and last but not least : our last FB Marketing Expert told us that a new company number would be enough to create a new BM, but, you know…, reps are reps.
