Maxweb application
Hi, we've been mainly dropshipping and are new to affiliate marketing, interested in exploring the opps. Just wondering how to fill out Maxweb application which is asking for 2 industry references(name, skype ID, email)?
What does it take to get accepted?
We noticed that A4D requires a video chat and seemed very strict so we just passed on it, wondering if Maxweb is the same way?
thanks

They basically want to make sure that...
1) you aren't an unethical person who is trying to scam them somehow (a lot of these affiliate networks do deal with a lot of scammers, or at least they used to).
2) you aren't a total beginner who doesn't understand good boundaries re: time, and who is going to take up 5 hours per week of man-hours from their Affiliate Manager but only produce a few dollars of revenue
So yeah, MaxWeb and A4D both do seem stricter if I remember, but they're both great networks too if I understand right, so that extra due diligence is probably a good feature.
If you send them an email along with your application giving a short, courteous explanation of where you're at and what you're looking for, that can help you get approved even if you're a beginner.
Also you can let them know you're on STM and give them your username. That is a great way to establish credibility as they can come here and look at your posts (most of them have memberships on here) and see for themselves what kind of person you are/what you're working/if you have a good attitude/etc
When you're just starting out I'd say to join Clickbank (since its automatic) and maybe 1-2 other really good networks (I like Clickbooth and MaxBounty personally - but Clickdealer/A4D/Maxweb all have great reputations too). You don't want to join 10 networks or something since you won't be able to drive traffic for most of them anyway, so it just takes up their time without giving back much in return. Once you're really rolling though and trying lots of offers, then definitely join a whole bunch of networks

Just tell them you are a member of STM. You will have a better chance to get approved. Good luck
