In THIS THREAD I already posted a list with bad useragents.
I also collected a list with bad ISPs some time ago and thought it would be good to post both lists together, hence the new thread.
You can use the list for redirect rules in the tracker to filter out the traffic.

I used to also filter by shit IP addresses on the traffic sources and I have a pretty good list which I could share if anyone is interested.
However, I've found that bad IPs simply shift over time and it becomes a cat and mouse game, so I don't bother with it these days.

Thanks for the share guys. One question though why are these ISPs and UAs classified as bad and should be filtered out? Do they send out their bots to our landers which click through to the offer pages and opt-in/sub. on SOI & other easy flow offers or some other reason?

Similar with the ISPs, they are from hosting companies, servers, AV companies and whatelse.
They´ll most probably won´t convert anyway so when you filter them out you can increase the traffic quality that you send to the offers.
