and a word to the wise adwords > display.....you may not like the results....if its a high CPA offer which I am guessing it is be prepared to spend 2-5k to get stuff sorted....

I believe this is one of the highest volume french media buying networks. They definitely have TONS of inventory. No idea if their site has an English version, I've never looked for it, you might have to deal with Google Translate or learn French.
