I am building email lists in the financial sector, so that I can push offers in the back-end, or resell the leads.
I am wondering what are the most useful data to collect after you got their email (just on the page after subscription, before sending them to an offer). So far, I have questions about their age range / first name, and interest (like the hustle, see screen below) so that I can push relevant offers.
Having more data is useful, so I could also ask for monthly income, debt amount, total savings to invest, gender, zip code... But the more i ask, the more suspicious people become (and the less likely they are going to reach the offer at the end).
Where do you stop? What are the details really useful to segment, and the one that are not needed.
If one of you is buying leads in the Finance vertical, I would be interesting in an opinion.
