T-MOBILE will be globally upgrading their billing system the night of 1/30 (Monday). This is something that effects mobile content partners industry wide. Because of the upgrade they have told us to pause all marketing campaigns since it will not be possible to bill users in that time-frame.
Please pause all T-MOBILE traffic from 10:00pm EST on 1/30 until 7:00am EST 1/31. After that time-frame you can turn traffic back on.
To confirm, T-MOBILE outage will take place on Monday Night, 1/30, at 10:00PM EST and will resume business as usual on Tuesday Morning, 1/31, at 7:00AM EST.
All other carriers versions are live as normal.
This effects co-reg campaigns too.
ATT has been shaky today too...I hope it is a coincidence.
Yeah it directly affects co-reg of course.
