Best COD Course?

We are launching our own COD offers soon & I've spent a ton of time learning & educating myself on the local market.
I was wondering if there is actually a course on COD to help with things such as:

-Best Practices
-Good numbers (delivery,upsell CR, returns, etc)
-Phone Sales Scripts
-Grabbing address on site VS just name/phone and doing the rest via phone
-Upsell via site VS via phone
-Which CRM & softwares to use?
+ more

We will be doing split-tests of our own but it would be great to have reference we can use.

Course, blog, podcast, YT channel etc would be all much appreciated.

Hi genixb,

We're doing cod since 2016 , mainly in the arabic region , for CRM we're using zoho , about the most impressive KPIs in this business model , from our experience is your profit per delivered product ( forget about confirmed rate/delivery rate , we had some products with low delivery/confirmation rate but they're still profitable)
