i have an ad set in a CBO campaign that has gotten 17 conversions in 2.5 days and today it went into learning limited and results absolutely tanked, what would be the best way to get out of learning limited?
A) increase campaign budget?
B) Duplicate ad set and set campaign budget higher?
P.S. I only put one ad set (with 5 ads inside) into this CBO in hopes of it being able to get all the conversions and be able to exit learning limited. Budget is 140 a day and offer payout is $12.

Try both, what works here today, may not work for you tomorrow unfortunately.
