Fb not showing data to optimise (2)
Hi guys
Recently I started a lead-gen campaign on facebook. Its been a week that I am running multiple ads and I got approx 40 leads. But when I am checking the reports it isnt showing age and gender. Its putting all the leads categorised. And importantly, all the leads are not from IOS. Only 30% of them are from ios (tracker shows me this). Here is screenshot from one campaign. I even tried removing tracker and it still doesnt show age/gender. Does any one have any idea whats wrong with fb?
Yes, Facebook hasn't been showing that data since iOS14.5 came out. No idea how to get it back either. So you'll probably have to break it down with targeting inside adsets or trust the AI to focus on the right people.
