Do you consider more relevant some things than others? Which aspects do you think are the most important?

To me, these are the most important :

1. Reputation and favorable payment terms
2. Responsive AMs
3. Solid selection of offers or exclusive ones
4. Competitive payouts without heavy scrubbing

The rest is nice but not decision-changing

I agree with all of your points, but I would add Weekly payout to your lists, exclusive banners, tamplates and forms.

I mentioned the payments in my post : "favorable payment terms".

As for banners... I make my own, so that's not of high priority to me. Exclusive templates/forms... having an exclusive offer layout or lander is nice, but when I got some made by a network, these were usually pretty much the same as the regular ones, with some minor changes... it did help sometimes, sometimes it did not... but yes, that is a nice feature to have as well.

Regarding banners, templates/forms... yeah, maybe you a right, but still it's nice to know that network can provide you with everything that you need

Definitely, it's always great to work with networks that are willing to go the extra mile and provide their affiliates with something extra
