Captions/Subtitles are a must.
Use bold yellow text.
I'd get rid of the "Hey guys" and have video start at "I have something to share" instead.
Add a video border around it to draw more attention.
You really need text on the video, especially when illustrating the savings numbers.
Yup let a video editor add some visuals, explosions, lambo’s etc. spice it up. preferably make multiple versions for different audiences (target cat owners ) and add cats in de video (save on car insurance, spoil kitty more!) or whatever. its a small but nifty adjustment to tickle them senses a bit more.
