Problem with Voluum and facebook configuration

Hi forum mates
I am trying to setup a campaign on Voluum with facebook as traffic source. I followed step by step guidance from Voluum and created a campaign but its not showing conversions. Neither on facebook nor on voluum. What wrong could I be doing?

This is the link that I received from voluum to put on facebook

mydomain/?fbclid=fbclid&ad_id={{ad.id}}&adset_id={{adset.id }}&campaign_id={{campaign.id}}&ad_name={{ad.name}} &adset_name={{adset.name}}&campaign_name={{campaig n.name}}&source={{site_source_name}}&placement={{p lacement}}&cpid=9718b013-710d-4453-bd01-326f333cce17

Do I need to put parameters in 'website url' section on facebook or 'URL parameters' section. I have currently put the whole url ( along with parameters) in 'website url' section.

Please tell me other possible reasons for this problem.

Why isn't there {{ }} around fbclid? Also, why is there a space in {{adset.id }} ? Is this exactly what you copied out, or did you make type it in an perhaps introduced these mistakes that way? Assuming you manually typed it, then:

1. Is the Affiliate Network showing conversions? If Yes Proceed to Step 2, else go to Step 3
2. Check your postback on the affiliate network as it appears that it isn't firing or is firing incorrectly.
3. Campaign hasn't converted yet. Links may or may not work, but until there is a conversion you won't be certain.

That space seems to be typing error here but I have put {{}} in fbclid now.

Yes network is showing conversions. I forgot to put post back url in affiliate network. Url provided by Voluum is my_tracking_link/postback?cid={sub2}&payout={payout_amount}. Its on ever flow. I have pasted this in affliated network

I corrected everything as suggested by you. Now I am getting conversions on Voluum but they are still not passing to facebook. Ill be grateful if you could help a little more

Are you using the conversion API? If so, I recommend reaching out to Voluum as I haven't used it and I'm not familiar with it. Their support is quite helpful, just email them and I'm sure they will be able to help.

Yes I am using conversion api.. Thanks alot for help
