Low season of your niche

Guys, how do you deal with the seasonality of your niche? As far as I know, many verticals have this issue and I'm just wondering what you do when the low season comes.

Well, when selling seasonal stuff you simply have to accept the fact that the sales/signups are low when the low season comes. Some people try to boost sales by offering aggressive discounts, some simply operate in several verticals, so when one hits the low season, they focus on something else.

Personally, I stick to evergreen verticals and if I spot some new or trendy opportunity I jump on it and then return to my evergreens again

For when you’re working with seasonal products, one of the best approaches I’ve seen is getting access to at least a product or two that tends to sell best during its respective season.

This way, instead of having to push out of season products with aggressive discounts, you can focus on the season related product and max it out.

Of course the above requires a bit more complex organization or stock management (for when considering physical products), but in the long run tends to optimize operational costs by a lot.

Great strategy as well, but you will have to change your niche from season to season, it can be challenging to operate if for example you have specific traffic for narrow niche
