So I was hoping to hear what other e-com stm members are doing here. I have always found myself being focused on the front-end and making that profitable but its not very sustainable, I gotta constantly be bringing in new sales. I really want to start building out recurring income with my upsells, rather than just banging a customer for 1-off sales.
Some ideas I have so far:
- Subscription Box
- Membership Portal (Just need some sort of platform)
- An App?
Without getting into too much detail about my products, I really try to focus on niche's such as Tactical or Diet. Does anyone else have any good ideas for recurring income from their users? What platforms would you recommend for a subscription box or membership portal? For the subscription box, I was planning on just drop shipping some items and if it took off, bring those items in house and bundle them at our warehouse.
