you mean per business center account ? isnt the purpose of business center though to manage multiple pages so that if one page or ad account gets banned, you can use another one ?

You wont be able to verify same domain in multiple Bms, Instead you can use - assign partner option in the BM which you verified and share it with Other Bms.
