Sweep on Facebook ADS but NO CONVERSION!

Hi Guys

Below is my stats of FB Sweep DE geo

Received total 108 clicks to prelander and 29 clicks to offer but no conversion
I believe offer is not converting/probably advertiser shaving the leads

Also my ad account got disabled after I verified my domain (to run conversions ads we must verify domain and configure events) and tried to create new adset within existing campaigns but above adset is still running and yes I am doing cloaking

THIS IS MY FIRST FB CAMPAIGN

Any idea on good converting sweep offers?
