How To Use Diabetes Buyers List in Google Adwords

I approached a vendor for a diabetes product and asked if I can put my Google pixel on their sales page. That way, I can retarget people their product.

Instead, they put it on their thank you page. So instead of just people interested in diabetes, I got a list of diabetes buyers.

(They also placed my Facebook pixel as well.)

Currently, I have about:

Would you guys give me some tips how to use this info?

The easiest would be to sell similar/competing products to these buyers But that wouldnt be the nicest thing to do I'm afraid

What I would try to do would be to sell them more products from the same vendor. More of what they have bought, discounted multi item packages, new related products etc...

I guess it wouldn't be nice to the vendor but the consumer may get better results from a competitor.

The vendor doesn't have other products in the diabetes niche so selling other more products from the same vendor isn't possible.

Diabetes has a whole slew of related diseases. Do you think selling products on these related diseases might be a good way to go?

Also, is the audience size of 7,400 enough? Should I wait 3-6 months for the audience to grow larger?

Yup, this is a good idea and it makes a lot of sense! Definitely worth a try.

It's not any super massive audience, but sometimes even smaller ones can work. How quickly is it growing actually? It might make sense to wait a bit, but then again, you don't want to risk that those people forget about the brand in case you plan to use it in your campaigns.

They're making approximately 2,500 sales per month. So if I wait 3 months, the list will grow to approximately 15,000.

15k is definitely better than 7.5k but it's not such a dramatic change. I'd test what you have and then decide whether it's enough to do anything with it.

BTW: I just realized these are actual SALES, so that should be more than enough to create some lookalike audiences in FB, if I'm not wrong the minimum recommended for this is just 100 sales or so. I'm not sure how well this works with the recent privacy changes though, I'm not exactly a FB expert.

Sheesh, I haven't logged into FB or ran ads for almost a year. My account was in good standing, at the time. I logged in today and I found my account has been suspended. Doing business with FB is like dating a bipolar person.

So I had some questions:

1. What affiliate networks carry health-related products like kidney disease, high blood pressure, or nerve damage (i.e. neuropathy)? The only one I can think of is ClickBank.

2. How would you select the related disease? Is it just a matter of testing or would you have more detailed targeting in mind?

3. For landers, how would you find them? Would native ads be the closest to Google search?

Oh yes, FB is really acting like a schizophrenic lately

I'm not promoting these types of products, so really cannot give you first hand recommendations. This field is highly regulated though, so I would look at natural supplements that claim to have positive effects.

I would do some research, following steps like this:

High Pressure is a common related disease, so search for natural supplements that fight this. Here is an article I found: https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/art...refixedContent
Read it to find out what supplements are recommended, then look for websites/networks selling those. A basic google search should help you as you should see ads for such products that you can click and see who is selling them. You can also use a service like odigger or offervault, search for the product names to see if there is any network selling them.

There are also many supplements sold on amazon, that might be an option too, though the commissions are low there. But it could be used as a test and then you might look into sourcing such products yourself and sell them directly.

2. How would you select the related disease? Is it just a matter of testing or would you have more detailed targeting in mind?
I would do detailed research. Start with something like this: https://www.diabetes.org.uk/guide-to.../complications or this one: https://www.diabetes.org.uk/diabetes...ted-conditions
Both articles have a lot of info about common diabetes related problems. I would select the most common complications and target those.

3. For landers, how would you find them? Would native ads be the closest to Google search?
Google is picky when it comes to landers, maybe not as much as FB but still very picky. Easy help though, search for some related KWs, check the ads that popup and duplicate what these guys are running
