How do you manage many campaigns?

Hi guys!

What is your campaigns management strategy?
Do you outsource parts of the work?

I am talking about mobile offers.
You have to improve/maintain profitable campaigns, test new campaigns, different targeting parameters, banners creation, multiple accounts, multiple ad networks, multiple affiliate networks...

I am 70-80% of full-time job on mobile and I it is not enough time to implement everything I want.

Microsoft Excel.

If you don't like/want/afford it OpenOffice and Google docs also have spreadsheet capabilities.

I trained my brother to do stats for me since this is the most boring part that I hate doing so regularly. I have him keep track on a google doc so he can do it remotely. Alternatively you can use Dropbox if you hate google's excel sheets.

I use Asana to dispatch work to him. its free and super easy. they have a mobile app and has other benefits to managing a shitload of tasks like that.

I had him watch me do it several times as he recorded the steps (also in another google doc) so that anyone could perform the steps without much training. Next he needs to learn optimization...

Key thing is if u outsource, to find people u trust. theres also a tradeoff of competency vs. risk of someone jacking your campaign. find someone who is ocd with data but doesnt fancy much of the internet marketing.
