Traffic Source allowing SVG format for ads?

I have been playing with SVG animations quite a lot recently, and I have some ideas of interesting ads to do with animation.
I am wondering if some traffic sources allow this format.

Never seen that available in any ad network I’ve worked so far.

Maybe it can go through on responsive HTML based Ads.
