Facebook & dating - can't get anything approved
Hey guys,
I've been trying to get something approved for dating but haven't had any luck so far. The denial email doesn't share much either.
The content promoted in your ad or Sponsored Story violates Facebook's Advertising Guidelines. Please visit our Help Center for additional information and examples compliant with our Advertising Guidelines.
This is one of the ads, tried 5 others with different images (nothing risky) & the same headline / body.
I figured I did things right. I targeted 18+, single, men interested in women.
Here's where I'm stumped:
1. Does my ad have something that violates their guidelines in it?
2. Is true.com not accepted by FB?
3. Is it a violation to use a landing page on one of my own domains but say "true.com" in the ad text (i.e., the ad goes to my domain before true.com)?
4. Could my landing page be the problem? I'd rather not share it just yet but the page was extremely simple, had the "true" logo on it (top left) and a single pic of the girl in the ad with some text that basically says something along the lines of: "we need more men so for a limited time men can sign up free!"
5. Does everything look okay and I just caught a shitty reviewer?
I just don't want to keep resubmitting things and risking this account.

Most likely because of your offer: http://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/true.com

Thanks for the input guys. The vagueness of their response made it hard for me to pinpoint where I was going wrong... pain in the ass.

I was also reading on one of the other threads that facebook might not like close up pics (hair and shoulders not showing.)

I've heard rumors that Facebook might start their own dating service. Not sure if it's true, but that would definitely give them reason to decline dating ads.
