Help w/ Building a WL

I've been running a BL campaign on PropellerAds and I want to create a WL campaign. Here are my stats:

I'm thinking that any zone ID that has at least 100 impressions should be eligible for the WL.

What are your thoughts?

It doesn´t matter at all how many impressions a zone has.

The performance is important.

Sorry for the trouble. I think I fixed the image issue.

The only reason I didn't want to add a zone ID too quickly is that if it didn't have enough data to warrant being added to a WL.

The impressions or clicks are not that important for it, when a placements converts more often and is profitable it doesn´t really matter that much if it needs more or less volume for it.

In THIS POST I tell a little bit how I create WLs.

I already started a long post on that topic, will try to get it finished soon.
