Car Loans vertical - $115,445 in 14 days | Facebook (41)

Car Loans vertical - $115,445 in 14 days | Facebook

Today I would like to reveal some details about how to run another white hat lead generation offer - Car Loans. This article is to attract your attention to other verticals and offers, because, it seems, everyone is running auto now, it became super competitive.

Traffic source: facebook
Duration: 14 days and keep running
Revenue: $115,445
GEO: CA

This time I was recommended to run a car loan offer. It was a surprise for me that the best GEO is CA, not the U.S. The payout is $28 for approved lead. This a classic leadgen offer where a potential lead needs to follow and fill the survey.

Creatives:
The best option is to use images from Instagram with a new/used cars from car dealerships

I don’t know why but images worked way much better in comparison with videos.

Ask your account manager for the best targeting, it really matters. It was Victoria from ConvertingTeam who provided this offer for me.

This is one the best working angles:

Read my other posts about leadgen to find out how to optimise it. In general it works the same - start with 2-3 CBO campaigns $50 daily, 3-4 ad sets in each campaign, run it for 2-3 days and you will get the winning ad set. Then duplicate or increase the budget.

I don’t have bans while running it with agency accounts.
Send me a message in telegram - cassshy - if you have any specific question.

Funny, I had the same thoughts when I saw this. But I bet it could be run on Native.

Great share, thanks

Whats the ROI?

04-27-2021 01:17 AM #5 vortex (Senior Moderator)

Awesome thanks @cassshy!

With FB, 90% of the game is about keeping accounts alive. The other 10% is knowing what audiences to target and which creatives work.

And of course, this is all assuming the funnel/offer is solid.

You have the revenue and the ROI in the post. That should help you get an idea of the profit.

guys, do not ask questions like what's your ROI? Quit that sh*t of counting other's money. You'd better ask some details about ads copies, scaling, how to test offers, how to avoid non-qualified leads, etc.

OK

How many ad camps did you run? What was the target audience? CA Male/Female with a pulse? Pixel or no Pixel?

Did you end up on just one offer or did you keep running all three in the screenshot? Or were their a shit load more before you even found those?

I hear you used an agency account, how did you setup the Fan page for the auto offer? Did you warm it up for a few weeks and do any engagement camps? Did you bother to fill out any details other than pizza hut phone number for the 'business'? Did you post anything to the fan page?

How were the customer comments? Did you deal with them at all, or just delete/ignore?

And of course, how and when did you decide to scale?

Oh, and while we're at it, what's your shoe size?

04-28-2021 06:30 PM #11 iwanttofly (Veteran Member)

While I agree with you @cassshy, @jaybot has a point too. Those questions never really seem to get answered...

04-28-2021 07:18 PM #12 jaybot (Veteran Member)

What? I'm completely serious.

Except for the shoe size, obvs.

I would love to run this and similar WH shit on FB. That's why I asked.

Ad>bridge>offer?

Just curious, I've had a couple auto offers get the accounts banned, may have been my mistake though.

04-30-2021 02:44 PM #14 cassshy (Senior Member)

1) How many ad camps did you run?
- it depends on your luck and what audience fb hooks u up with. I got up to 15 campaigns - sometimes it performed really bad. But I scaled the winning ones. It's basic.

2) What was the target audience? CA Male/Female with a pulse?
- targeted the audience 25-64 both M & W

Pixel or no Pixel?
3) ofc, you need to use Lead event to optimise your campaigns

4) Did you end up on just one offer or did you keep running all three in the screenshot? Or were their a shit load more before you even found those?
- no I have never run Car loan vertical before, but it is all the same when we're talking about leadgen. Victoria send me pm here in STM about car loan offer, so I decided to give it a shot. I run a lot of auto insurance offers 12-15 offers since 2019

5) I hear you used an agency account, how did you setup the Fan page for the auto offer?
- how can these 2 questions be connected at all? yes, used agency account, they are stable in comparison with farmed or rentals. Yes, I used a new fan page specifically for this offer

6) Did you warm it up for a few weeks and do any engagement camps? Did you bother to fill out any details other than pizza hut phone number for the 'business'? Did you post anything to the fan page?
YEs, I do usually warm it up for 2-3 days, getting 300 likes+, filling all the possible info. I am not sure if it's necessary tho.

7) How were the customer comments? Did you deal with them at all, or just delete/ignore?
I am setting up the keywords in Page Moderation section, so fb will automatically hide negative comments.

8) And of course, how and when did you decide to scale?
- I decide to scale every Thursday when taking a shower.

9) Oh, and while we're at it, what's your shoe size?
- 49 eu. And yes my hobby is scuba diving without flippers - I just don't need them

04-30-2021 02:45 PM #15 cassshy (Senior Member)

@fskhavoc don't blame yourself, it happens. It's a pity but Fb can't define what's a white had ad copy/offer

And for anyone that does want to discuss foot-fetish, I'm sure @matuloo or @twinaxe will have some great links for you

Hi @cassshy thank you so much for the case study.

What is the best way to avoid non-qualified leads? Through advertorials?

Also what was the sales flow used? Ad > Advertorial > Offer ?

Uhm... actually, there are different body parts that I'm more interested into But yeah, during all those years of promoting adult offers, I've seen a thing or two on the net already

That was your chance to send links to offers

You blew it

I thought about it, for a second... but nah, this is not the right audience, I'd need some Turkish enthusiast like the one Twinaxe caught with his revshare test

@cassshy

thank you so much for the interesting case study. I am wondering that FB is still a viable traffic source. I have had so many issues running WH ads on FB for my own eCom brand to one single domain and ended up with 2 ad accounts still disabled for BS reasons.

1. Can you specifcy what you mean with "agency account" please? Do you mean you are FB Marketing Partner or that you select on the ad account that you will run ads on behalf of others?

2. How do you get 300+ likes on a page about car loans? Do you just run a page like campaign worldwide?

I am asking because I ran a non-clickbaity ad (content arbitrage with Shinez) a few weeks ago and got my account disabled for dubious reasons (28. Circumventing Systems) - Now, I am in the process of verifying my business manager and hope that I can get this account back. It was a new account, new page and targeting the US.

1) yes, try to be as much specific as possible in your ad copy.
2) yes

Would this funnel work as well?

Ad > Quiz > redirect to offer page

The quiz on my domain lead.carfinance.com

Then after I collect the lead/quiz data it directs to the affiliate offer page. Even if they don't submit a lead then, I have their email details. So I would put them into auto-responder?

you can't collect any lead data. it goes to advertiser directly

05-18-2021 09:30 PM #27 billyblanks36 (Member)

So you send them straight to the affiliate advertiser page from FB? Not your own domain or bridge page?

don't wait until you get it back to start running traffic, just make a new one using a friends or family members, and you can get agency account by going to https://imqueenconsulting.com/ or messaging cassshy on telegram, he ha s his username at the bottom of the case study. you can get page likes by running anywhere in the world but ive heard its better to run page like campaign in the area whre you plan on running your conversion campaign since its better for the algorithm. hope this helps and have a great day!

Yep, one of the strongest performers as far as traffic channels. Facebook is making a good comeback recently, but was a little rough for the past 30-60 days. Only a few people (such as in this case study) really were able to make it work. But we primarily find that it lags behind other platforms in ROI as an overall.

05-21-2021 03:43 AM #33 billyblanks36 (Member)

What about Youtube Ads? better than FB?

05-23-2021 05:32 PM #34 goku23 (Member)

what kind of landers work well with these types of offers, I imagine you are sending to a lander/presale page before sending it to the offer page?

Awesome post. Correct me if I'm wrong but does it not prohibited on FB to post loan ads?

this is very odd that LeadNetwork doesn't know that there's a Special Category ads in fb and it was done specially for such vertical

I think it's logical that it has positive ROI if I posted it. And yes, it's a good question for those you just count other's money but never launch a test
