How do I CANCEL Adplexity?

They have no cancellation link in their membership portal, and their support is unresponsive... anyone know how to cancel an Adplexity subscription?

Looked like from previous post a few years ago, there was someone active from their team on here, but not sure they are still around.

Save yourselves the trouble and avoid any services that don't provide a self-service way to cancel.

Their support has always been great for me... I think you are supposed to be able to cancel by clicking on '___ Ads Intelligence Tool' under 'Subscriptions' under 'Account' but for some reason that seems to be redirecting to the tool itself instead of the product page. Maybe @vortex or @matuloo knows their handle on here and can tag them.

Letting them know, someone will reach out to you here on the forum or send you a message.

I've never had problems with the support and they are definitely not trying to hide the cancelation option.
