I preparing a launch for a Weight Loss Offer (Keto) using the Google Ads in Tier 2 & 3 countries.
The flow is as follows:
Ad > Opt-In ( Lead Magnet ) > Advertorial > Offer
I'm adding an "Opt-In" page to start list building in the niche and also to try to avoid any ad account ban.

That looks decent. Weigh loss is sensitive on Google Ads, but if you don't make claims, it might work. Maybe put more information, or some feedback on your first results for people to comment.
I don't run the niche myself, but you can follow Gauher Chaudhry (gauherchaudhry.com) who currently has a big case study running in the keto vertical (US). His conclusion so far is that keto lovers are a very difficult audience to monetize. He removed his free ebook as lead magnet, and replaced it with a loss leader where people have to pay a small amount, because it attracts a smaller audience but that converts better, and not just freebie seekers.
