If you have ABSOLUTELY no experience with paid traffic, the cheapest and easiest way to get started are with the $1 guide, and then the 40-day tutorial:

I'm still trying to update the 40-day tutorial so there may be some confusion - apologies for that! Please feel free to stick to the 2019 version until you get to the lesson on S3/CDNs - for that lesson please refer to the lesson in the 2021 version.

i went through part of it
but i saw the 14 Days to Master Mobile Marketing by The Angry Russian

so i don't know were to start, and which is better in 2021 after the covid-19
your advice is to delay Mobile Marketing?

Goodness - Angry Russian's tutorial is from 2011 - please definitely don't follow it. We should have archived it - doing that right now.

What do you mean by "mobile marketing"? Every sort of traffic targets mobile these days - whether you be running pop, push, FB, native, whatever else.
