How to TRACK my own leadgen offers?
Hello, I have a friend who is in need of leads for his business so I talked to him about interstitials, pops, push, etc, and he was shocked.
As I was helping him setting up a lander for his leadgen I realized I don't know how to track the conversions! And I searched the forums and couldn't find an answer for this!
So my question is:
How do I track the optins conversions in my own leadgen lander with FunnelFlux? Should I set a postback? How do I set it? (sorry for the super noob questions!)
Thank you!

Here is an article from FunnelFlux documentation that could help you:
http://docs.funnelflux.com/en/articl...capture-funnel
I'll tag @
zeno who will be able to elaborate much more

The easiest way would be to make the opt-in page be an offer (not a lander), then trigger a conversion on opt-in somehow.
There's a few ways you could do this:
1. After they opt-in, redirect them to the action link > takes them to some thank you page. Modify the action in the funnel builder to be a conversion.
2. Send them to some page on submit and put our tracking iFrame there to fire a conversion event.
3. You could log their hit ID as a hidden field in your form, so it gets stored in the Email system. Then you could manually upload converted hit IDs or use some automation. #1/2 are obviously much more straightforward.

Hi @leewyhertlein,
The easiest way to track leads in a tracker from your pages would be to fire the leads pixel from the Thank You page (the page visitors land on after the opt-in).
Depending on the tracker, the leads pixel can be an image, an iframe or other type of HTML tag that needs to be included in the HTML of the Thank You page.
Once set up in the page, lead details will get passed automatically to the tracker for each subscriber.

Thank you for the response!
About 1 and 2:
1. I didn't find where in the funnel builder I mark this action as a conversion! Can you explain me where is it?
2. I also don't know how to put that tracking iFrame from Funnelflux on a page!
And I have another question: is there a way of NOT having a "thank you page" and still mark the subscription as a conversion? Because I want to send the visitor to some affiliate offer to mitigate the costs of that leadgen campaign (so I think I can't add a pixel or a thank you page)
Thank you!

1. If you have an action coming FROM an offer page, just right click it > modify action.
2. Go to the offers page > edit any offer. There is a Conversion Tracking JS section that has our JS to place for triggering a conversion for that specific offer. You still need the global header include to come before that offer conversion code. We don't use iFrames for this anymore but our JS does the same thing.
3. Just have the lead gen form be an offer, and on submit redirect to action 1, which connects to some affiliate offer in the funnel. As long as the lead gen page is an offer, you can make any action from it mark as a conversion. It doesn't matter if the later destination is a lander, offer, external URL or something else -- all that matters is the action gets executed.
