Hey, any affiliate program owners here? Did you work with ShareASale? Any specific steps done?

Have you used recruitment tool or paid advertizing on their social media?

Will be glad to hear your thoughts.

I can not comment for ShareASale, but I had a look at your app.

This product could be of interest for busy tech-savy small business owners who want to automate their online marketing. It is a decent market, but not that big in comparison to B2C markets which affiliates prefer to target as there is scale.

Here are a few ideas:

1) You already are on AppSumo.
I would first try similar sites like Dealify / DealFuel / Deal Mirror.

2) You could do partnerships with other apps that are at the same stage or a bit more advanced, not directly competing, but that share that similar spirit of "automation". You can look for apps who have been published on AppSumo previously. For example BookLikeABoss could be interesting to contact.

3) You can retarget on Facebook people that like pages of your competitors, of the apps identified on 2.

4) Look if other apps similar to you use affiliates, and check in which networks they have their offers.

I've used shareasale but as an affiliate promoting some products, so can't really give you any tips on how to enlist your offer there.

On top of what jeremie mentioned:

1. Reddit communities - find some that target small busines owners or online marketing people and see if you can pitch your product there in some natural way... ask for a review, invite for a test etc...
2. FB groups - I'm a member of a SEO/Copywriting/Marketing FB group in my country and even thou I live in a tiny one, there are 1000s of active members posting daily. I'm sure there are similar groups in every GEO and even international. That could be another audience to engage with.
3. Quora - find questions abotu topics that your app can help to solve and post an answer along with a link.
4. LinkedIn - this could be another great audience to advertise to. Personally, I've never bought ads so not sure how much targeting they have available, but this platform works pretty good for B2B offers.

Are you utilizing any of the ones I mentioned?
