I did promote some antivirus and VPN offers in the past. And they worked really well on adult traffic. It's quite logical too. People don't really want anyone to find out they've been surfing adult sites, especially those that prefer the weird niches And there is still that "public belief" that adult sites, especially those offering full-length copyrighted content, are flooded with viruses so antivirus offers tend to work with adult traffic well too. Another option is targeting torrent and filesharing traffic, those people want to hide their identities as well, so a good match for VPN offers.

I promote antivirus and vpn offers, VAS mainly, but also tried CPI ones.
In general, VAS antiviruses are doing really good with AV prelanders, push and pop traffic.
My best geos - tier2, but I test other geos every day, coz you know, sometimes you can get the ROI+200 from some unknown country with low cpc.

I'm not promoting such (VAS) offers right now, but I think @twinaxe and @jaybot do, can you guys drop some network names with good VAS offers?

Hi guys, I am not sure if this topic about mobile apps precisely, but let me add a bit about desktop optimizers and AV campaigns. I used to do mediabuying for Windows desktop campaigns, and apart of adult traffic, It was working really cood on all sort of garden/household/hobby/crafting/pets websites. Sites for let's say 50+

Desktop Norton/Mcafee offers are available on every major network right now (Clickdealer, Zeydoo, Gotzha, etc.) as a CPS and they do well on all of them, you just have to test them out and find which works best for you
