When to cut target/source on pop traffic?
I am testing an offer on Zeropark pop traffic
Many targets have zero clicks after passing 100 views
When should I pause targets with ZERO clicks?
After 50, 100, 150 or 200 views without clicks?

Good day!
In pop traffic CTR can be lower than 1%, so you can't judge your campaign on 100 views. You need at least 150 for one variant. But we sure that better is making the split test with 3 different variants of targets/creatives and check it, when there will be around 100-150 views in each one. So you will see where CTR is higher and which ones should be stopped.
We hope our answer will be useful for you)

It really depends on 1)the landing page you're using and 2)the geo.
CTR can vary WIDELY for different geos and landers.
In order to get a good idea on the "normal" range of CTR for a particular geo+lander, you'll need to run some traffic first - but I can't tell you how much traffic to run before you'd have enough data to determine what the average CTR is, or how big a range of CTR to include when deciding which targets to pause. Someone who is better at statistics may be able to tell you.
Or, you could just go by "gut-feeling".
I prefer to just test each target to a certain multiple of the payout in ad spend, e.g. cut targets that are in loss by 2x payout or more. To me it makes more sense to judge each target by the likelihood of becoming profitable, rather than by the CTR.
But of course this may be subjective on my part. Please feel free to do further analysis/testing - you may be able to come up with a method for cutting targets based on CTR, that will save you more money than cutting targets that are 2x payout or more in loss.
