When doing some spying on native, I found several arbitrage domains with strange looking domains.

Wondering if there is a reason?
So far, the two (not satisfactory) options I can think of are:
1) they get a discount for not using voyels
2) their domain guy is having fun

Such domains are pretty usual and normal. They practically serve the propose of delivering the landing page from where the listed items are linked to specific keywords.
Under the privacy policy or terms of service you should be able to see who's the actual provider of the link
The websites shown are not from these domains, they are standard sites for parked domains.

You see, the domains you mentioned are the first in the redirect chain but the parked domains are the latter ones

So I guess the domains are probably just tracking domains with random names, nothing more and nothing less
For tracking domains you don´t need good names anyway because they are just for redirects.
The domains you mentioned are *.com domains so maybe they chose such strange names because many or most "good" *.com domains are already and a random name does the job just as good
I saw a domain called www.make-me-a-[vertical-name]-landing-page-ok.live the other day
I guess they are buying the domain en-masse so there is no time to think about names
And it might be better to buy a new random domain name, then spending hours on searching for free domains and then ending up buying some dropped domain that carries a penalty
