Platform for SMS marketing ?

I am looking for a platform to send SMS to test some offers with SMS marketing. I initially found Twilio, which only works in the US. I am focused on Latam and Europe, so that does not suit me. Any recommendation on these countries?

I found Twilio alternatives' list after a bit of research. I am going to check them one by one, but if you have already tested some and can provide a feedback, that would help

Another option will be AWS. Anyone tried the SMS feature of AWS SNS? Do know a good app that I could connect to manage the SMS campaigns (like sendy.co that integrates with SES for email)?

Is the one I’ve heard mentioned most for sms marketing.

You must have your own database of numbers though, otherwise it’s gonna get pricey

If you don’t have a database, you can contact all the SOI advertiser’s directly and buy numbers from them in the geos you like. The price for a number? The same as an SOI payout
