First time posting here, so I would imagine I'll come off as a fish out of water, but that's ok. Worked with a good handful of highly skilled and ambitious marketers and entrepreneurs throughout my career, so although new to STM, not new to the arena.

In short, it allows you to upload and manage a bulk number of HTTPS / SOCKS5 proxies, then utilizing a specialized haproxy configuration with lua scripting embedded, allows you to round robin through them from one proxy IP. Includes ability to distribute / sell proxy plans to users, define various proxy plans based on bandwidth limit, concurrent threads, sticky IP, originating IPs, and more.
Comes with Envrin Secure Wallet to efficiently and securely accept bitcoin and crypto-currency payments if desired, and also works with traditional payment methods ala PayPal / Stripe / manual processing. Detailed staistics and reporting for system-wide, plus on a per-user and per-proxy basis by total, day, week, month, quarter, and year. Also has fully featured member's area, automated proxy health checker, and more.
System is fully tested, and took a good amount of time and resources to develop and smooth everything out. I'm extremely happy with it, and it works like a beautifully well oiled machine. I have no personal use for it myself though, so thought I'd try here and see if anyone can make use of it.
Allows for various other things such as modifying the HTTP response and changing the content of the HTML page before it gets outputted to the end-user, if that's something anyone needs. Would require custom development, but things of that nature are possible.
