15k visit on my landing page but only 1 click. Is it normal ?
Hello guys, today I came across a situation which I can't understand the reason:
I run several campaign two weeks ago and below are their performance

All of them are in red. So I stopped for a week to look for new offers to test. Today I started several new campaigns with new offers (some in the same GEO and some in other GEO) but all of them have zero clicks or very few clicks per thousands of visits as can be seen in the image below

I don't understand why the number of clicks can drop that significantly, from several thousands of clicks to few clicks. Is this normal or do I make something wrong in the configuration

What traffic source are you using? Could be a sudden influx of bot traffic? Did you change anything in your targeting like bid?

I'm using propellerads. I did change the bid and set the starting bid as 0.7 Smart CPM as suggested by @
vortex for Asian GEO as well as excluding Blacklist zone which I collected from the last run 2 weeks ago.

check your bounce rate as well, this could be some tracking issue too

This is weird!
Are you using the exact same lander(s) as before? Please make sure that when you were adding new offers to the campaigns in Voluum, that you didn't accidentally changed the lander(s).
Please also paste your campaign urls (copied from Voluum) into the browser to make sure you can see the landers, and make sure they appear and function as intended (click on the links to make sure they work).
Are all these campaigns from the same TH geo?
Are you certain you haven't changed any targeting settings in the campaigns?
I would also check Voluum's error log to see if any problems registered.
It also wouldn't hurt to contact their support to see if they have any insight.
Lastly: Try to set up a new campaign from scratch for that same geo for your new offers, run a little bit of budget and see if you get the same CTR back (you can set an alarm - no need to exhaust the minimum $10/day budget to check CTR).
Looking forward to your feedback/update!

@vortex: I finally figured it out after actually clicking on the campaign URL from Voluum and then the CTA button on my lander. The reason is that I enabled the secure tracking domain in Voluum after the first run and before the second run but didn't update the click URL in landing page. So instead of using the new secure click URL which is https://myvoluumdomain.com/click, I still use the non-secure click URL http://myvoluumdomain.com/click (without "s'), which results in an error page instead of an actual offer page.
It took me a week to figure this out, quite unexpected find out.

Awesome!
Next time you'll have a list of things to troubleshoot to uncover these issues (i.e. my previous post).
