Educate and develop the team of media buyers, point out the team's mistakes and explain them in a reasoned manner;
Manage the purchase of mobile traffic with a remote team of 3 novice media buyers;
Analyze the indicators of the quality of purchased traffic;
Search for and connect new traffic sources, tools, and approaches;
Work with large budgets;
Keep weekly reports in Google Docs, track performance indicators;
Evaluate the results of the team's work, work on motivation.
--- You're an expert:
Experience with popunder and In-app traffic (ExoClick, ZeroPark, etc.) and general technical competence;
Relevant work experience (preferably work experience in foreign CPA networks);
